Inspection Fee(s)

Home Inspection fees can vary greatly from one inspector to another. Some are trying to break into our market and have lowered their price to get their foot in the door. (just like I did when I first started). Others are charging a hefty fee and providing very little information for their clients, (Like the seven page "Check Off" sheet I paid $400 for when I bought a house).  

Generally, my fee for a Full Home Inspection starts at $500, and increases based on the sq ft size of the house, with an 1800-2300 sq ft size being in the $600 range.
Radon test, and Sewer Scope inspection fees can be reduced by scheduling with a Full Home inspection.
I accept credit/debit cards, checks, or cash for payment. 

I'm sure you can find an inspector who will charge a lesser fee, but generally feel that "you get what you pay for". I am very thorough, knowledgeable, and relate well with my clients. My report format is one that is easy to read, includes anotated pictures in the body of the report to help provide context and clarity.
I strive to give you the most useful information about the home being inspected and generally give you all the time you need for questions or clarification.
